Quick Neighborhood Water Heaters was excellent. I had an urgent plumbing problem on a Sunday when I woke up and found my backflow valve and some copper pipe were gone, which left my water shut off. I was stressed and trying to get service fast, but the answering service helped right away and got the call moving. Marc was finishing another plumbing job nearby and called back soon after. Marc was excellent. He came to our home, reviewed the plumbing repairs we pointed out, quickly found the issues, and got right to work. Even with the extra challenge of replacing one of the outdoor hose bibs, he was able to track down the right parts and get everything repaired and working again fast. I’m repeating my earlier praise for Quick Neighborhood Water Heaters. As part of my service plan, they do a yearly plumbing check where a plumber looks over the fittings and fixtures inside and outside, like faucets, the garbage disposal, showers, and other plumbing parts, to make sure everything is working right, answer questions, and suggest helpful maintenance. Justin came out during a holiday emergency and got my frozen pipes flowing again.
