A surprise leak under the bathroom sink and a water pressure problem at the kitchen faucet led Jason to find bigger plumbing issues with our older outdoor gas water heater and the circulation pump in the crawl space. He clearly explained our repair and replacement options, including tankless and standard gas water heater choices, and patiently answered all of our questions. I found a puddle in my garage near the tankless water heater and traced it to a cracked valve that was leaking. We had been without water for about a day, so I was very relieved when the plumbing team was able to help so quickly. My natural gas water heater was leaking badly and it was clear the old unit needed to be replaced. It had been in service a long time, so i knew a new installation was the right fix.
