THEY DESTROYED THE PAINT ON MY CAR AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT! THEIR REGIONAL MANAGER, JOE STATZER, POCKET DIALED ME AT 5:30 AM, AND THEIR GENERAL MANAGER, JEREMY CLARK, DENIED RESPONSIBILITY, REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE COMPANY'S INSURANCE INFO, AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I THREATENED TO HAVE MY LAWYER CALL HIM.DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CHEATING, LYING, INCOMPETENT WEASELS!
I'll never use them again. they damage one of my tire on my brand new car and they keep giving me the runaround and they haven't pay me for the new tire. it has been month an half and no refund.
Not sure what happened to my last review. This company has been charging me without my permission since February of this year when I reported I no longer live in their service area. I have requested it be cancelled monthly since then and will now be disputing it with my bank. Buyer beware!
Do not use this car wash they will tear up your aftermarket parts and not pay for them even if you tell them do not scrub the license plate and they do it and break the camera now I am out 247.00 and it's my fault cause I have aftermarket part on my vehicle.
Allow a person to cancel their fast pass when move! Answer a phone with a live person or return a voicemail or message sent on your site! You are probably drawing thousands of dollars out of banks of people like me!
Have a monthly membership here and it’s definitely a waste of money. The wash is more of an inconvenience than anything. You constantly get stuck in the wash due to the staffs inability to operate the wash and direction of traffic. Spend your money elsewhere. You’ll be stuck with a half clean car and wasted your time.
