The machine malfunctioned while in use and severely scratched the hood of my car. The owner chuck lied to insurance companies about what actually happened. I was trapped in the car wash tunnel and pushed on their conveyer belt while in neutral, right into the door at the end of the tunnel. I was stuck in there for a good 5 minutes, until their employee came over and manually opened the door which than scratched my hood. Their machinery failed, it was their negligence.
