Edit* Had some problems with the recall process Ford Manufactures put out on my vehicle but the dealership here went above and beyond to get me a quick resolution. Thank you very much!!! Went in for an oil change this morning, as you can see from the date on the oil filter, then drove straight home 5 miles. Went to leave this afternoon and noticed an oil spot. 2024 f350 with 25k, it’s never leaked anything. Started it up and could see an active drip from the oil pump/filter. They must have forgotten to remove the old oil filter gasket, which is beyond a rookie mistake, and they obviously didn’t check for leaks, which is ridiculous. This is what you get for $160.
