I am doing a road trip across the USA, West Coast to East Coast and back for my retirement. I got the reminder to change my oil & filter at 5K, so I was staying close by to the quick lane and I called ahead and they said they were open for business. I drove over and was greeted by the nicest people at a dealership service ever! They came out to me (usually I would have to go in to get service at my local dealer) and they got me squared away. Great service
Waited 2 hours for an oil change with no update. When one of the ladies went over the inspection report and I had told her I just wanted to get my car and leave as we had been waiting for 2 hours she was very condescending and rude. I will not come here again.
