I came in for an oil change and a state inspection. I was quoted $89 for the oil change and 18 for the inspection. After the service, I was charged an additional $20.61 environmental fee that was never mentioned up front. I was told it’s a standard fee everywhere. But is the 1st time ever in my history of oil changes that I'm charged a different price than the one I was told upfront. It is frustrating to agree to pay a price and being charged differently at the end.
