didn't realize this was planet ford in disguise...had i known this, i would never have gone in. went for a flat repair. was told it would be $35. high, but ok. it took over an hour and a half to patch the tire. the entire time, there was a guy in the shop with his feet up on a desk and while he was playing on his phone. when i got home, i realized they mounted the tire with the white lettering facing out. they had my truck and should have been able to see the orientation of my tires. now i'm driving around with one tire disp... read more
Mediocre shop. I don’t think I have ever found a Ford Dealership other than Blue Bonnet in New Braunfels that cared if you were satisfied. I’m not sure what the problem is. I have been a Ford customer for my entire life but I’m sure the dealerships cost Ford repeat customers.
