-5 star, I brought my truck in for oil change, balance/rotation and alignment. Sales rep called and said they cant align the truck due to outer tie rod ends leaking grease and supposedly loose. I had the front end checked awhile back and found the lower ball joints were going bad and had them replaced. I told them that there was nothing loose on the front end. I went here to get my thermostat and a few things fixed. My service advisor was Mayra and she was awesome and took care of everything when dealing with my warranty. She explained everything clearly and helped and updated me through the whole process. I will come back here when I need assistonce with my car
Quick friendly service
Told them I would like an oil change and tire rotation. I could see they did not rotate the tires and when I asked the lady that was helping me she told me I did not askl to have the tires rotated. I said yes ma'am I did and she proceeded to argue with me about it instead of rotating the tires. Very unprofessional and will not be going back to this location. The planet ford location in humble is much better experience.
