This business doesn’t respect customers’ time! Showed up for 7:30am appointments more than once and had to wait until 8am+ for the business to open. And the sign on their door indicates an opening time of 7:15am! Also, time estimates for work completion are never accurate. Prepare for frustration!

I scheduled an appointment for a service. Maybe I wasn’t clear but I express to them that I needed a full service and wanted them to check everything to make sure my car was safe. I had an estimate of 1.5 hours. I checked periodically during the service to see if there was any concerns because I assumed some work on tires or alignment would be needed. I don’t know about cars. I explicitly mentioned needing new windshield wipers. I tried to come up with all the things one would need checked in my lack of knowledge. They kept ... read more
