Don't even consider trusting this man with your vehicle. Dropped off our Ford Ranger that was purchased at this location (Rogel Ford) for some maintenance work. Went back to pick it up the following day. They didn't have a clue. Found our Ranger parked behind the shop unlocked with keys in the ignition in a completely unsecure area that had been left outside overnight. They claimed the work had been done. So we paid them only to discover NONE of the work had been performed. Returned to discuss what had happened and he refuse... read more
They did not perform the services I asked them to do. Didn't explain what they did do and had recommendations and problems listed on the receipt but never mentioned those either. I was not happy with the customer service. I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to any one! I feel like I got ripped off.
Hometown friendly service that just doesn't get any better. Can service any make and model quickly and won't break the bank!!!
