Twice now I’ve taken my f350 in for routine maintenance which includes tire rotation and both times the tire pressure wasn’t checked and the TPS tells me the front tires are over inflated and the rear tires are under inflated. I called the service manager and left two voicemail messages before he finally returned my call.
Jason in service was not ideal. They installed a new battery less than a year ago and not under warranty when it failed. This meaning a more underlining condition. The warranties are not being service. Complete failure to fix issues that should have been fixed. Loaner car program also one the makes you feel your not taken care of. ---
