No appointment necessary, but there's always a two plus hour wait to get you car serviced, taking about a regular oil change. Additionally, there's now a 1.97% charge when you pay with a credit card, you have to use a debit card or pay cash.😠
My third experience using the Quick Lane and each time it is just getting better. My Service Advisor was Steve Dominguez. Professional, very articulate, and able to explain in easy to understand details what would happen during my visit. Kept me advised of any issue they found during my appointment. The mechanics who performed the work took great care of my 2022 F350 Super Duty. I always clean my truck before I get it serviced and you couldn't tell anyone was in there. Highly recommend PS Ford and the Quick Lane!
