Easy Peasy. Easy to make an appointment. Thanks to Apple Ford, as a customer for life (CFL) it's nice to have a free oil change & top offs & brake and tire inspection. The staff there are always nice and respectful; even if they're really busy. I would recommend this establishment highly.
I was in and out in less then 45 minutes. Everyone was nice, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Apple Ford in Columbia, MD to everyone.
