First, the advisor was great she was able to squeeze me in for a quick tire rotation. However, the tech who did the rotation over pressurized my tires by 7 plus pounds. He also apparently lost on of the vale caps and put one on that does not fit. I have my doubts about using them again.
Scratched all 4 wheels on my ford f 150 Looks like they used crow bar to pop the lug nut center covers
I did not have an appointment and they shared that they were really busy, but the would do what they could. The employees are so impressive with customer satisfaction, professional, willing to help that I will always go here and will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you so much for all of your help last week.
I was late for our oil change appointment but the guy was really cool to me and said no problem we'll fit you in.. Service was great and fast and most all very hospitable. Thanks Allen
