Jamal was fantastic—great, chill customer service. Really appreciated that. But I left disappointed. I came in for an oil change only and clearly asked for no tire rotation since I just had my rims painted. It was noted, but someone still started removing a tire, and now some paint is chipped. I’m leaving for a 5-day road trip, so I won’t be able to fix it right away. Frustrating end to what started off as a good visit.
