As a single woman, I am always fearful that I will be taken advantage of for car service. I have never felt that way here. Jamal went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. Schicker ford cares about its people and not just making a buck.
This place was incredible! 10/10 experience. We unknowningly had a punctured oil filter which got worse over the course of 24 hrs. We took it to an auto repair shop and they told us the oil was good and charged us over $500 for an unrelated issue. We went through with it since we were in a pinch as we aren't from the area and needed the car driveable to continue our travels. We then saw puddles of oil under the car.
