Bill Brandt's Quick Lane service is like a well oiled machine. Didn't hang around to wait, but did get a text within 90 minute letting me know my Edge was ready and asking me if I needed a ride to the shop to pick the car up. I was within walking distance, so that's what I did, walked. At the shop, the cashier covered everything they did with the total service, oil, filter checks, battery checks, brake, tire pressure and tire rotation and wiper inspection. All in 90 minutes? If I could give zero stars, I would this place completely tried to take advantage of me. I have been taking cars there for four years. I have been taking my Dodge grand Caravan for three years to this place. They have never checked my transmission fluid which doesn’t make sense when I’ve been taking my car there for so many years they tried to sell me a new transmission. I got a second opinion, and all I needed was transmission fluid. I took my car there for a tune up and instead of doing a tune up they try to sell my a new ... read more
