I waited 3.5 hrs for an oil change. I was told it would take 2-2.5. Other than that, the staff is all friendly and I have no other complaints.
Not done yet, so far very good. Jeff Staff has an awesome crew.
Came in at 425 on Saturday. There was only 1 sales person. After waiting 15 minutes to be helped ,I was told they couldn't do an oil change because they closed at 5. I guess that meant they closed at 440. Additionally, the previous time I came in I was told I needed a rear break job. I told them it was under warranty and was then told they were out of brakes pads for my 2011 f150. How do you run out of f150 brake pads at the ford dealership? They said i would be called when parts came in. No call ever came. I had previously ... read more

THEY SENT ME OFF AND PUTTING MY LIFE AT RISK. THEY NEVER TEST DROVE MY CAR TO SEE THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING I KNEW IT WAS MORE THAN BRAKE PADS AND TOLD ME IT WAS NORMAL WHEN I PRESSING BRAKES SOUNDS LIKE AIR COMING OUT WHICH IS BULL CRAP. I ALMOST HAD ACCIDENT WITH SISTER IN CAR. WELL I HAD TO TAKE IT TO ACTUAL DEALERSHIP AND IT WAS BOOSTER. AND GUESS WHAT NO MORE AIR SOUND PRESSING BRAKE. I HAVE LOST ALL TRUST IN THIS PLACE.
Very nice and friendly.... No appt but was done in 2 1/2 hrs
I got there at 7 10 .... and I was able to get my f350 deisel rite in . The gentleman that checked me in was very courteous and had a smile .... not a frown .
