I drove over two hours to this dealership with the intention of purchasing a truck. After filling out a credit application, I sat down with one of the sales managers and we agreed on a price. We shook hands on the deal, a gesture that, to me, represents trust and a commitment to honor what was discussed. My fix (tail light replacement) was less of an ordeal than I was told it would be ,from the auto zone man where I went to buy a bulb. Glad I took it to the professionals. Done in no time with a car wash offered! Young woman service writer was very personable and didn't make me feel like a clueless old lady lol. My 2013 Ford Taurus SHO is a keeper and am grateful for the professional service available.
