I just purchased a new Explorer from Tera with Alex Lemke as my salesperson. He did a great job of finding the one that was a great fit for my needs. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation on my F150 truck. I got there at 10 o’clock which was my schedule arrival time and I went into the waiting area. At around 12 o’clock they were a lot of people that have come and gone over that period of time and I still have not heard anything from the service department. At around 12:30.
