Took a vehicle in for repairs. Took forever for them to take a look at it. It was not my primary vehicle so I told them I was not in a hurry. When they finally took a look at it they said the motor wasn't worth working on. I asked it they would give me an estimate to put a new engine in it. Never heard from them again. It was there a so long I forgot about it. Got a letter today from the impound lot. They had it towed and never even gave me a call. EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
My wife and I went to Bob Thomas Ford North looking for a suv. We asked to see one we saw online. Kordell was the salesman who brought it out front and explained all the features and had us test drive it. He was never pushy or in a hurry to have us make a decision. We couldn’t have asked for a better Sales Team… Our first interaction with Jim, and Nicki, was productive and quite positive…. We found our “dream” vehicle, in Michigan…. and Jim“ made it happen”…. Josh, as our Finance person was fantastic! Everything was accomplished seamlessly…. Extra features were added in a great time frame… Definitely Not your typical car dealership….
