Got an oil change a couple weeks ago on my 22 F150, today I get an alert that my oil life is at 12%. Drive over 1500 miles on a road trip since the oil change. I do not track the mileage or dates of the oil change, I go by the Ford oil monitoring system. Ryan York deserves a raise. I’ve gotten my oil change done time and time again and he by far has been the absolute best service advisor I’ve ever had. Great guy. Sets expectations and follows through with what he says. I can’t say enough about this guy. This was my first time getting an oil change here and I’ll be back just because of his outstanding customer service. We need more Ryan’s like him out there.

I went there to have them balance my tires because I had some weights fall off. I also had really low tire pressure in one of my tires. It went from 40 psi to 25 psi. I told the people my concerns and what I needed done. They took my car back and did whatever they did and brought it back around and said my tire looked fine with no air bubbles coming from the low tire, and it didn't need a balance that the tires were showing balanced. I just had the oil and fuel filters changed this morning at the Crossley Quick Lane. While I didn't expect it to be cheap. $560 for an oil and filter change (when the filters and oil only cost around $200 and that's the only thing they did) that can be done in your driveway in less than an hour? This is telling me that hell will actually freeze over before they ever get my business again. What an absolute disgrace.
