Matt and the whole team was incredibly helpful getting our issue fixed. They went above and beyond thru the whole thing and got it resolved faster then anyone expected. I wouldn't deal with anyone but Preston moving forward

I went in for an routine oil change and tire rotation and when I got my car back, I started hearing squealing sounds coming from my brakes and I know my brakes are not bad because I’m the one that upgraded them so I tore my tires off, took the calipers off and found two pieces of foreign metal between my caliper and my rotors which were making my brake squeal I know that all the mechanics aren’t like this cause the time before it was great.
