We broke down east of Bend in late October and got a tow to this dealer. Unfortunately the motor was destroyed and had to be replaced. I was reluctant to leave my truck there but after talking to the service consultant there (Ariana) she assured me they could replace the motor there. They replaced the motor much sooner than I expected and the mechanic did a great job. Ariana was great to work with and answered all of my questions. We broke down about 55 miles from Kendall Ford while driving to Everett WA but managed, with the help of strangers, who got the car to Prineville. The service manager listened to the problem and got parts for us the next day on warranty, and we were back on our way. Excellent work by the fine folks at Kendall Ford in Prineville, OR!
