My husband and I came to Bill Dube yesterday to "look" at a used Ford Ranger. Brian Doyle came towards us with a cheery, "Hello! " He was equally interested in helping us and leaving us to our own devices. He directed us towards the used vehicle we were looking for, knowing exactly which one and where it was parked.
