I got a late oil change, that they said would be 3 to 4 hrs as it was getting late in the day, on a Friday and it Turned out to be about 1 1/2 hrs. Carissa Rogers the service advisor found a slot to get it done quicker. She then explained the service that they performed, checking the battery, fluids, suspension, tires and brakes. With them being all good. I questioned about the brakes as when I brought it in before for an oil change, they gave the brakes a low rating and said that they would have to be changed soon.
