I recently had my oil changed at this location, and later discovered that three lug nuts were missing from one of my tires after the oil change. Another shop doing other work a week later noticed the issue and brought it to my attention. I called Quick Lane right away to let them know, and they responded immediately. They contacted the shop where my car was being serviced and arranged to have the missing lug nuts replaced at no charge. While I was out of town and 1,000 miles away, I had a fleet vehicle decide to breakdown while my employee was servicing a client in Topeka. Working with Chad, they were able to find a tow truck, get the vehicle towed in, diagnosed, and repaired in an extremely timely manner. The pricing for everything seemed exceptionally reasonable.
