Spoke with Manuel Alvarez the Service Advisor and dropped off my Dodge Journey for a scheduled 4 wheel alignment, brake fluid exchange, and an oil change. Manuel was a really good man, he went over my work, asked if I needed the car back right away ( which I didn't) and called me a few hours later to let me know the technicians completed the work and the car was ready, Quick! Best “chain” auto repair shop I have been to. Quick and friendly service (Matty is the man), prices are reasonable and comparable to smaller shops. Been a regular here for 5yrs and plan to keep coming back.
Bought some tires off Walmart and took them to be installed and they said my van weighed to much. Called up Chris at quick lanes and he installed them in minutes! I will not buy from Walmart again I will use quick lane for all services. Would have saved money if I just went with quick lane from the start. Great service!
