I stopped in last Monday while my Altima was overheating on a very hot day. The gentleman behind the counter took care of me ASAP. They ran some tests after filling my engine with coolant. I live an hour from this location and he assured me I would make it home but suggested I purchase some coolant to be safe. Matty, Bob, Manny, and team are simply amazing! They provide exceptional customer service, are patient, knowledgeable, and really take time to explain what is needed for my cars. They are very honest, too, often letting me know that certain services aren't necessary (even though other shops would jump at the opportunity to charge you more). Quick Lane of Kennett Square is the GOAT!!! Recently had my catalytic converter fail and I checked all the dealerships near and around my area and every single one was either back ordered or not available in the foreseeable future. Quick lane was able to get me in within a couple of days and the day of, I wasn’t there but maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the proposed time initially given. The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to tend to all customers coming in, waiting, and leaving. They have my business from now on!
