Terrible first time experience! Purchased a new $80000.00 truck a few months ago from this dealership and made an appointment for its first oil change online from a link that they sent me on my phone. After receiving 3 texts reminding me about my appointment at 12pm on Friday 12/29/2023 I showed up at 11:45am and was told that the system shouldn’t have allowed me to make a appointment at that time and I would need to wait at least 2 hours! I worked with Lisa today to get my car's oil changed and tires rotated. From the moment I walked in at 8:30 AM to the time I picked my car up at 5:30, she was lovely. She was so kind to me, and she made me comfortable to return to Quick Lane in the future. Oftentimes, cat maintenance can be a bit overwhelming, but I found working with Lisa to be a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!
Never coming back. Showed up and had to cancel my appointment the first time because technicians didn't show up to work that day. Rescheduled for the following week, but they had lost the information on my intake form, so had to fill it out again. They took all day for an oil change, and supposedly investigated the noise I reported, but the mileage in/out remained unchanged.
