Had my oil changed here on my brand new truck for the last three years. They stripped all my bolts for my skid plates. And said someone else did. No one other than them took those plates off. And this year I went to change my oil on my own and noticed skid plate was hanging on one side as bolt was never put in. Even though I was billed for all new ones on my last oil change here.
