Quick lane is so wonderful all the time. Every time I go in there seeking help with my vehicle Travis and Jordana always make sure I am taken care of! This last service was a big job and had to keep my vehicle for 5 days, the last day the techs stayed late because they weren’t quite happy with how one of the jobs was so they made sure to get it done that evening so I could have my vehicle the next day. My previous rating was 3 stars due to not great experience some 5 years ago. I have stated going back for service on my new F150 purchased from Hansen. Overall, I was happy with the same day service and the level of communication. I had to wait about 1.5hrs for my oil change to be completed… that’s the only reason for the 4/5. Really friendly service, typical price points.
Quick service picking up our vehicle to repair a tire with a leak and swapping our winter tires. Would definitely use them again.
