Went in to just get a new battery, in and out, not really, I was asked I'd I was going to wait, I said yes by the time they bring out the new battery I'll have this one out and ready for the new one, they said it would be an hour and a half wait, they said I'd have to wait for everyone in line first. So I went inside to the back service and sales area, got a battery, and replaced it myself ,then I had to wiggle my vehicle out of the line, you would think for a 160 dollar battery and 10 minutes of work they might have someone... read more
