The “convenience” factor they promote is false. I have had bad customer service each oil change even with an appointment and was left stranded waiting for a shuttle for over a half hour at my last appointment.

Very friendly and professional. I bought my 2016 Transit at another dealership...but V&H will be getting my service work going forward.

Impressive service for such a unique vehicle. I was really amazed that their shuttle service was still running in probably one of the craziest blizzards we've seen in awhile! Definitely will be back! :D
I had a flat while I was in town and they got me in right away, great service!
