Takes to long for an oil change
Seemed more knowledgeable than most dealer mechanics..I feel they treat people fairly.
Went in for an oil change. First my Ford App let me know I needed one. Next I got a text to let me schedule one. I went ahead and called to see if they could get me in at a convenient time. They did and along with the oil change, they told me they could do other checks with my permission. I agree and sat down in their comfortable waiting area watching TV.
