You are treated to a trip back in time with this sleazy car dealership. I bought a new truck from this dealer and paid cash. They then illegibly submitted a credit application and generated a loan for the entire amount of purchase. After I had given them a chaser's check for the entire amount of the vehicle. Had a concern about transmission issues and a customer satisfaction program ford has for a certain part so I took my truck in to get looked at and make sure everything was all good. They ran diagnostics on the truck and did a thorough inspection. They didn’t find anything wrong so I had gotten my peace of mind. when I went to pick it up I was fully expecting to pay the diagnostic fee but to my surprise they said we’re not going to charge you since we didn’t find anything wrong. Shout out to Aubrey in service!!
