Bought a 2024 Ford Mustang 5 months ago and the whole experience was great. From knowledgeable sales staff to vehicle service it’s been 5 Star! We recently had a loose wire on the AC. Brought it by TO Ford dealer because it was closer. Was told we were missing a belt?? We decided to bring it to Simi Valley Ford instead and they were puzzled by the diagnosis. Said it was just a loose wire. 100% honest and trustworthy! Will definitely only go to them in future.
