My sales rep, Steven, was fantastic. No pressure and explained everything. Highly recommend him. The dealership was helpful and friendly.
My service advisor Eddie is a true profession. Always straight forward with my car issues and always helps me mitigate the problem. However, having said that, I can't say the same about Price Ford dealership. Went in there to replace a dead battery and they happened to be out of stock on that battery. Really, a common ford battery and you're out of stock. Had to leave the car until the next day. Also, a business of that magnitude and they charge you a fee for using a credit card to pay. Pathetic.
Brought in vehicle to replace the ABS module which I knew was bad. I told the service department what the problem was. Get a call from service about an hour later saying the part is discontinued and no repair can be done. Was charged $246 for absolutely nothing. Would not recommend going to this dealership for service.

Unscheduled service on a Saturday was excellent! My 2024 Maverick refused to start Saturday morning. I called Price Ford at 8:00 and spoke with Brian who said bring it on over and we will take a look at it- He offered Ford road service for a tow, but I said I’d have AAA bring it over. AAA was able to get it started with their jump pack so I drove it over and was greeted by the service writer Carmen.
