Have been waiting over an hour to get oil changed. So much fo being "Quick".
Worst service area! My tires were all low and needed an oil change the guy was so rude! I would NEVER buy another vehicle from Sames Ford!!

I went to the Quick Lane during the week right after work. I arrived at exactly 5:30 pm with an extra hour and a half before closing. The young man asked how he could help. I was there for an oil change. When suddenly another employee comes up and informs me that he doesn’t have a technician to change the oil. He said he had let her go home early. I asked if there was anyone else who could change it. He stated no there wasn’t. So I asked why do you have all these other employees sitting around watching tv or on their phones.... read more
