Took care of my recall with care. Plenty of options for pickup and transportation which made the servicing much more convenient.
Good experience with fair pricing. Dealership is clean and comfortable. Paperwork was quick and they worked with my sale of my car. GM and employees explained all the features and were personable and professional.
2022 f350 Super duty diesel that would not start. First the plus was they did pickup and deliver the truck back to me when it had to be towed in and told me Ford would pay the for tow. I told them there was a tech bulletin on the no start issue, that was what was done as the truck was returned running for $1300. I was told the batteries had to be replaced for $500., the third set for a 2022 truck. The tow company checked them the day before and said they were good batteries.
