Egregiously bad service & customer service.... since being purchased away from Russell & Smith. - Not as intuitive or user friendly to schedule service online. - I attempted to call days in advance to ask questions about my schedule service, only for it to go to voicemail. EVERY TIME - Upon arrival there was no outside attendant & the Quick Lane building was closed - Many of the people in service just pass you off to someone else, who's already trying too service the other people - I do not understand how they have my phone ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER: They try to take advantage of people and are impossible to contact to get a simple update. Why does it take a week after the appointment to simply look at a vehicle? If you'd told me that, I wouldn't have used you. My vehicle was there over a week and they barely looked at it. No communication from the advisor Kendall or these people.This place is a rip-off for thousands of dollars worth of outrageous prices, inflated repair hours and unneeded fees and work. Lowest rating possible.

First time customer, drawn in by promotional oil change price. Upon completion of oil change and fluid top off: I asked the service advisor if the two "short shaft" universal joints are now lubricated, ( the only two chassis components that are grease-able, and most commonly overlooked points) ( can be costly if they dry out and you engage your front axles)... takes less than a minute to service these two grease fittings once the grease gun is in hand.the service advisor had to ask other team members if this was included. ne... read more

Amir was very welcoming. Has great manners, and very professional. He and I went back and forth until he came back with some numbers that made sense to me. Amir was confident the hole on the driver seat could be fixed by the service team. He was right, and i was not disappointed in the end result. The issue always comes up with the finance guy, right?
