As always, Robert's Ford is cordial, fast and always helpful will any problems that I have with my car. As a Widow I am comfortable and trusting with the services they offer to keep my vehicle running.
We sent our vehicle to be looked at for repair was told theres a major leak then even though it was blowing cool/cold for a year a days prior Roberts stated that they filled freon to recommended level and when we picked the vehicle a couple hours later the the car was blowing hot are when we questioned the service department the response was well must have all leaked out. Also stated I needed a serpentine belt I personally replaced the serpentine belt 6 months ago. Not happy with poor quality sales tactics towards my wife.
Had sudden issue with my car. Called and they explained charges possible with type of problem it appeared to be. They took it in the following day, provided me with transportation back home. They called later and explained the issue and cost. Had to order a part, which came in quickly. Car repaired and brought back to my home. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
