Really annoyed that I can’t make an apt for an oil change at Price Ford. They make you use their quick lube service which is NOT quick. Went there and was told it would be 1.5 to 1.75 hour wait before they could do an oil change. I bought a brand new vehicle from them in December and want to get my oil changes and service work done through them since they are the ford dealer but I don’t have time like that to waste during my work week. What a crappy thing the Ford franchise requires for dealers.
I went in with a coupon. The price was not honored. Then they overfilled the car oil and caused a lot of problems. Lucky my engine didn't blow up!! I will never, ever go back to this place. Horrible!!!
Fast, thorough and reasonably priced service. I love how Price Ford keeps my 2014 Escape running smoothly year after year.
