Has to be the rudest service department I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had a great experience with most of the people here until today. I won’t be coming back here, the service manger has the mannerisms of a rabid bear.

I called a different Ford Dealer before Portsmouth because it was closer to where I live and the part's guy that I dealt with was Rude and Sarcastic to me and didn't ask for the VIN# for the part I was looking for. Awesome great bunch of people in service!!!
Brought our Honda CRV in for oil change/tire rotation. Tire lug nut broke off when technician attempted to remove. Dealer made a reservation for two days later (our son was heading back to NY state in the car the following day), warning us they were fully booked but would do best they could. Manager (?) called early afternoon. When we met, he told me he had tech check every lug bolt and they replaced two more out of caution. AT NO CHARGE. Now that is a service standard!
