Update Update Oil change price has doubled the price. I guess it was good until now. Time to go somewhere else.
I bought my Ford from Pines Ford Lincoln because I was promised excellent service and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been the complete opposite. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. At the time, the odometer showed only 7,590 miles. About 30 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, I received a phone call from the service advisor telling me that the technician recommended replacing both the engine air filter and the cabin air filter because they were supposedly very dirty. Nothing quick about this the last 4 times I’ve been here 4+ hours
I had a great experience getting new tires and an oil change Gillian my service associate was awesome she was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting tires. She was a pleasure to work with and the whole experience went smoothly and I will only go back to work with her . I have already recommended her to my family and friends.
