Let me start by stating what went well...I got my service completed within the same day as drop off, for a 60,000-mile checkup. I was waited on as soon as I arrived and was able to easily set up in the waiting area. I was also given a 10% discount. Now to start the long saga of what happened and how it quickly got bad...I asked how long I should expect this to take and was told a couple of hours. Terrible experience. I brought my car in for the scheduled 1:30 time for an OIL CHANGE and tires rotated. I did not leave until 4 PM! Once I thought it was time to leave I was brought a list of “suggested repairs” full of greatly overpriced jobs on the car (my step father is a licensed mechanic in Chicago btw). Once I was actually able to leave, I got a low tire pressure notification on the system of my vehicle. I have NEVER had any alerts since I have had the car. Absolutely worse service in my life! I’m literally waiting 2 hours for one tire to be checked and there hasn’t been any updates! Last time I got my oil changed, they didn’t even bother to wash my car! Plus I had an appointment
Dell farmer and Tracy Farmer are very disrespectful people that won't own up to any property damage that their technicians will do to your vehicle they did $1,000 worth of damage to my interior and refused to pay to have it repaired or replaced the parts brand new car warranty work and they destroyed my car do not do business with them whatsoever
My daughter took her car in for an air bag repair. They broke the defrost vent. Their service tech even said the clips were broken. Erin Polley was extremely rude. Sent him away and then said it was like that when we came. Threatens to call security. Service manger Billy says there are no clips and they didn't do that. Not replacing it. Ridiculous. Also told my daughter that she has balled tires and major oil leak both of which are not true.
I'm sitting here waiting for my vehicle after paying too much money for a service plan and then being told "I can't pull it over". The service center people seem incompetent. No problems with the car sales people (did I really just say that?!) I probably, regardless of what I have paid for, will never use this service center again
"It is never too late to make things right." After a few poor experiences with Quick Lane service and a not yet fixed vehicle, I posted a review which prompted Jamy Tillman, Service Manager, to contact me asking for the opportunity to make things right. He personally met me at the service center in the morning, worked out a way to get me a vehicle to drive so that I wouldn't miss work, and was able to get the Escape fixed (actually fixed) within the day.
