Okay so I bought a 2014 Dodge Challenger which had some issues it had an intake manifold leak which they fixed but now I am having a problem with my rear I took it back to them and they say they took it to dodge and it's supposed to clunk but my mechanic told me I absolutely need a new rear differential the gears are bad and they showed me the fluid as metal shavings in it but Miller is telling me to dodge says that is perfectly normal. The nonly thing that I love as much as my Aviator is the people at Miller Ford. They are professional timley and always keep me up to date. If a problem arises they keep me posted and ask what is the best way to help me out.
Had a horrible experience at medford ford with buying a truck . They sold me a truck with a window sticker that was incorrect and to top it all off i was having a slight issue with my transmission. I called for them to look at it and when I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle I was just straight up told No without any other explanation.
