We had a really great experience with the service department. My Bronco starting to break down while driving it. Somehow, we were lucky enough to be able to get it to Miller Ford. We left a note and key in the drop box (they were closed because it was a Sunday afternoon). We received a phone call from Matt the next morning. We went over what happened and Matt said they would definitely diagnose the issue sometime that day. By late Tuesday morning my Bronco was fixed and good as new.
