Stopped in for an oil change, turned out I had a bad tie rod. Needed to be fixed right away, they weren't going to let me drive home on it. They had to order the part and by the time it got there, Ryan's shift was almost done. But, he stayed until it was finished. I got there a little after 3pm and left at around 7:30pm. (They close at 7pm) At one point at least 3 people were working under my car to get me on my way, even Scott. Troy was a hoot, everybody was awesome. I don't have a Ford, but they treat me like first class. My Toyota and Subaru get their oil and tires here. All the people there are great especially Scott. Today i had a problem that wasn't their fault, but they helped me out free of charge. Very much appreciated.
Always efficient and helpful and friendly. Don't mind the wait when you have coffee and cookies as a "treat".
Good work, great service but be prepared to wait, especially on a Saturday morning.
