I ended up getting a nail in my tire and needed it patched. Went in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and was denied service because they were “short staffed”. Ended up trying Discount Tire that same morning and despite them being extremely busy they got me in right away. They didn’t even charge me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MCKIE FORD.
This place is anything but quick. Horribly slow service even at quiet times. I check their online cameras and go when it’s not busy. Still wait two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. You watch them work and they have 4-6 guys working on one vehicle. Crazy.

Needed a first 5000 service and tire rotation. Was greeted very fast by a service representative. Price was good as I used a coupon found on the McKie website. The waiting room was large and comfortable. I think the total time was about an hour. Would go there again.
