I showed up on Thursday morning 12/11 for an oil change in the quick lane. Walked in about 0900 and was told I would be pulled right in for an oil change if I wanted to wait. I figured why not. This shouldn’t take long. Almost 2.5 hours later it was done. I had to go to the desk to ask if it was ready and was told oh yeah my car was done they just didn’t get a chance to come get me. Absolute worst! Just needed a quick oil change so my daughter could travel with her car. Brought it in at 11:15 and they said they would take it right in which they did. An hour and 20 minutes later I went to check on it and all the tires were off and they tried to sell me stuff. I never asked them to check my tires. I only asked for an oil change. They told me it would be done in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later it still wasn’t done. I left and walked home. A total of 2 1/2 hours for a 10 minute oil change. Do not waste your ti... read more
