I have taken my Ford vehicle twice in the past 4 years. Each time I have been very disappointed. I explain what needed to be done each service, however the service was never completed as requested. I asked to have the 75,000 mile service completed but they did not change the in cabin air filter nor did they vacuum out where their dirty boots stepped.
