I drove from New York to Charlotte, North Carolina my purge valve went on my edge called Huntersville Ford had the car back the next morning. This is the second time I had my car there. I give them six stars if I can. Customer service is great Huntersville Ford great expectations. Thank you so much Mr. John paniagua.

I went to the “quick lane” service on 4-3-24 for the bronze oil change package. I was the 1st customer in line when the garage door opened and the 1st customer at the service desk.Tim a service advisor checked me in and asked if I had an appointment. I told Tim I did not have an appointment and just needed an oil change. Tim advised since they had several appointments it would be a little while if I was waiting on it. Went to the quick lane service to get an oil change. Was the first in line and was checked in at 7:02am. The bronze oil change package was completed and my truck was run through the car wash. There was no additional work done on the truck. I did not check out and leave the dealership until 9:50 am. The work was done and the truck runs great but almost 3 hours for an oil change service is excessive.

Went for full service, they didn’t replace the oil filter and didn’t rotate the tires neither. Talked to the manager and he insisted they did so I just walked away. Can’t trust this place anymore. There is a picture of the “new filter” and video of the untouched wheel after doing the tire rotation.
