I went to the “quick lane” service on 4-3-24 for the bronze oil change package. I was the 1st customer in line when the garage door opened and the 1st customer at the service desk.Tim a service advisor checked me in and asked if I had an appointment. I told Tim I did not have an appointment and just needed an oil change. Tim advised since they had several appointments it would be a little while if I was waiting on it.
