Extremely disappointed with Hudson Ford. The staff might be polite, but charging $15 just to replace a battery in a key remote is beyond ridiculous. That’s pure greed — it’s a tiny job that takes seconds, yet they act like it’s some big service. I won’t come back here unless I absolutely have no choice.
Brandt @Hudson Ford was quick to get me checked in and answered all of my questions regarding services and maintenance in a way that I could understand (I know nothing of the basic maintenance of cars - just when I need an oil filter change). I would highly recommend Hudson Ford for their service. My family and I have been going here for years to get our cars serviced and we have always been satisfied with their work/ I trust no other place to work on my car.
