I've been going here for years. I ended up falling for the sale of needing my brakes replaced. I was taking a road trip and decided to go ahead and have them replaced along with my normal oil change. My brakes have been squeaking ever since!! They weren't doing that before I got them changed but they are now!! I have a Ford, even tho this is a Ford Dealership.. they don't know how to care for my car. I've been up there 4 times for this issue and get no where! They've lost my business!
I recently visited the QuickLane at Hennessy Ford for an oil change and battery replacement, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've had in the 9 years of owning a Ford. I was at the shop for 4.5 hours after an appointment and when I finally got back into my truck, it pulled so severely to the right that I had to return. They told me I needed a new tire to fix the problem and offered to put the tire back where it was prior to rotation. I wanted to leave, so I agreed. Bought a part from them 4/2/2024, part failed 8/4/2024 i called them today to have it exchange they would not do it till ford service department checks it and theres a $200+ charge for that for a $100 dollar part. These guys are a bunch of crooks stay away from these place there a bunch of idiots.
