Time after time after time when I go in for my service intervals I can’t just trust things have been done right. Either the interior of my truck is left covered in grease and grime or my air box is left cracked open. Today I went in for wheel rotation and balance. Upon receiving my vehicle I went under to check the wheels… boy am I glad I did… they placed the new weights over the residual adhesive from the old weights… didn’t bother to clean the areas where they attempted to secure the new weights. Very good service and friendly staff. I usually don’t have to wait long, and the waiting area is spacious with comfortable seating. They send text updates with photos of everything, which lets you decide whether to move forward with any additional maintenance. Coffee, popcorn, and vending machines are available as well. The dealership’s founder was a strong community leader and actively involved in charitable organizations.
Big shout out to josh Pham and Amanda Mize,they are the best ive delt with regarding my 2024 F350 DRW ,They help me with a claim regarding Ford premium care,thank you for helping me with my maintenance claim. i have been to 3 Ford dealers, 2 in Colorado and 1 on the Oregon coast with this truck regarding the premium care that I purchased. While the other 3 either flat-out lied about doing full service or refused to honor the terms of maintenance that I had prepaid for with the purchase of the Ford premium care. Arrived at opening and was told that they were short on staff and it could take hours for an oil change. Hispanic guy with a mustache seed disinterested. Headed to Planrt Ford Spring where they said they’d get right on it. Worth the extra drive for good customer service. It’s always like that at Gullo.
I made an appointment for an oil change and to get a known transmission issue diagnosed. The oil change was great but I was told, for the second time, that I was never scheduled for a transmission diagnostic. Not only was I not scheduled and told that I was when I showed up in person to schedule the appointment but I was told for the second time in 6 months that they were too busy to do a diagnostic.
