I purchased CPO vehicle through the Costco car buying program. Fritts Ford staff sent me a packet with all info on the car including the car fax. BOBBY, was our sales professional and wow I have much to say! What a pleasureable and relaxed experience it was. We wasn't necessarily set on buying a 2025 from the dealership, we were just checking things out, but it all made sense and fell into place as he worked for us to get the perfect car down to an amazing price. He is knowledgeable, professional and classy in a down to earth kind of way. .
Diligent and competent service. They keep my 2011 Ford Edge running well. The photo is in October 2025, and it is still running well with 129K miles. I have owned it since 2013.
It was good, Elias kept me informed on what needed to be done and the cost. They provided shuttle service to take me home and to bring me back to pick up my car when it was done. It was a good experience.
