Scheduled an appointment for 2PM to wait for my car for an oil change and tire rotation. At 3PM they took my car back to start the service and by 4PM I was finally done. Was told that if you wait it doesn't take long. 2 hours seemed like a long time for this kind of service.
Bought a nice F150 recently. Although I was a picky customer, my salesperson, Nick Spano, demonstrated an enormous amount of patience and in the end put me in a truck I couldn’t be happier with. Will call Nick for my next car purchase and recommend you do the same.
