Happy with the service across the board. I went in for an oil change and asked to have the technicians check a tire. I was afraid that something would be found wrong with the tire. The report came back and nothing was wrong with the tire and the oil change was all that needed to be done. While this might not seem like a big deal, I have found that service departments will try to push unnecessary "repairs" on customers to make more money. This experience was very much the opposite. Buying a used car in this market is far from what it used to be. That being said, Fred Beans strives to provide a family friendly and stress free buying expierience. When I first walked in I was greeted by the hardest working salesman on the floor. His name is Jake Feldman, and please dont forget it!
