Nikolas offered his help to change my windshield wipers as he was passing through the Quick Lane, and was very pleasant to speak with.
Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department, dropped my car off at 9 am and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to let me know if the car was done between 5 and 6 when the service department closes. I went in for a recall on my Ford Fusion SEL and while the car was in the shop I asked them if they could replace my "Water Belt" as there was a frey on my current belt. I wanted peace of mind to replace a very important part of my vehicle. As some of you may know, when this belt breaks your car WILL NOT run!
