Every rep I’ve interacted has been very nice but the fees are ridiculous. $300 just to diagnose a problem which wasn’t identified during my checkup a week ago cause it wasn’t part of the “inspection package”, despite this being an error that was popping on my dash weeks before. I also scheduled with someone over text, giving them a photo and details on my problem, then I showed up and they didn’t know what my issue was. They told me they couldn’t fix my car because there’s only one EV technician and no Level 3 stations in the lot as if that is somewhat the customers fault. How do you sell cars you cannot repair? But of course, only happens when they have to cover the costs.
Nikolas offered his help to change my windshield wipers as he was passing through the Quick Lane, and was very pleasant to speak with.
Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department, dropped my car off at 9 am and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to let me know if the car was done between 5 and 6 when the service department closes. Directory would not take me to my assigned service technician and there is no way to just wait on a general technician line. Operator service is also not functioning.
